In order to provide the best health care according to the latest scientific standards, the building of the Tulln University Hospital is being rebuilt and renovated to the latest standards.

This project is divided into 3 phases.

In the first phase, over than 30 years old cooling system will be rebuilt in a cooling centre, designed for the future and the existing power generators will be replaced to ensure a fail-safe cooling supply.

In phase two, the child and adolescent psychiatric unit will be expanded and housed in a new annex to be built, which will be connected to the existing hospital wing Building 3 by a bridge. The existing areas that will become available, will be adapted for adult psychiatry.

The third phase comprises the renovation of the existing nursing wards with the qualitative adaptation of the sanitary facilities, including equipment for the disabled. The thermal renovation of the existing façade, taking into account the energy and ecological requirements, complies with the specifications for “energy efficiency” in Lower Austrian public buildings.

We, the INGOB.ZT GmbH, were assigned as Project Monitoring and Control and are pleased to be allowed to participate in this important project.
