Description:
The Pfaffing Nursing Home project comprises of expansion of the existing building and construction of a new nursing home. The house combines two different functions: elderly people and nursing home in the new building and psychiatric preventive and aftercare facilities of Caritas in the existing building. The goal is a low-energy house with a heating requirement of less than 50 kWh/m²a.
