Three historical buildings on the main square of the Styrian town of Bad Radkersburg were connected to be used for exhibitions and seminar venues. A new building with two halls for 250 and 400 people, to be used for theatre, cabaret, cinema and concerts, completes the facility. The existing and the new building were connected by a central covered hall. The refurbishment of the historical buildings and the connection between the old and the new one presented a particular challenge for all involved parties. Another main focus was the special location, right in the densely built-up city center of Bad Radkersburg.
