Ingenos.Gobiet was contracted for the design and project management of the relocation of two pharmaceutical companies to a joint “Company Building”.
The building plan of the 6,000m² large complex (net area) includes shared reception area on the ground floor with adjacent conference rooms and assembly areas facing the garden. These spaces are equipped with a state-of-the-art video and presentation equipment.
The office spaces located on the upper floors were individually designed to fit the working groups’ needs. Besides single and group offices there are also “open-space” offices. The office landscape is complemented by meeting areas and conference rooms, as well as quiet areas enabling undisturbed, concentrated work.
