Description:
The rehabilitation clinic in Kittsee consists of a U-shaped structure with examination and treatment rooms on the ground floor and a basement. The dining room adjoins the vast foyer. On the first and second floor there are single and double rooms with a total of 77 beds. On the third floor is the hotel area with 25 beds, where relatives of the patients can also stay overnight. There is a café on the top floor, from which there is a wonderful view over Kittsee.
The building is equipped with the latest technology. In addition to server rooms, air conditioning, emergency power supply, there is also a wellness area. The rehabilitation clinic will be connected to the nearby Kittsee Hospital via a connecting corridor, which will ensure optimal patient care.
Ingenos.Gobiet.ZT GmbH was commissioned with the design (submission, replacement, implementation and detailed design), structural design, building physics and construction site coordination.
