Description:
The Pensionsversicherungsanstalt commissioned Ingenos.Gobiet GmbH to draw up a realization study to determine which measures are necessary to be able to operate the aging special hospital rehabilitation center Hochegg in the long term.
An extension (approx. 3,500 m²), the demolition of two wings (approx. 7,200 m²), the conversion of entire components and also individual rooms (in total approx. 10,900 m²) and the implementation of necessary measures in the existing building (approx . 17,900 m²) including the adaptation of all 213 patient rooms.
The estimated construction costs excl. TGA and outdoor facilities are approx. EUR 23.5 million.
