Description:
The extention of the Vienna Private Clinic in the 9th district of Vienna on Pelikangasse was commissioned by WPK Projektierungs-GmbH & Co KG and carried out by Immoconsult Leasinggesellschaft m.b.H. In 2002 we were commissioned with the project monitoring and control. The scope of services included checking the contracts of the designers, the bills of quantities, the schedules, up to the cost control and auditing. The control activities were recorded in quarterly reports and sent to the Wiener Privatklinik. The extension was built on an plot of 1,407 m² and consisted of 2 basement floors, ground floor and 5 upper floors, with a total of approx. 6,750 m².
